Erin Nixon with Phyllis & Company is the consummate professional, a skilled negotiator and a genuinely good person. My husband was a home builder and as a builder and buyer has dealt with at least 40 different realtors over the years and he says Erin is the best realtor he has ever dealt with.

Although my experience is not as extensive as his, I agree.
